Before we can become your representative payee, we first contact you in order to find out your situation and what we can do to help. We can expedite this step by having you fill out our Referral Form and either emailing it back to us, or faxing it to our office at (360) 944-2066 prior to contacting us.

Once we have your information, we will contact you to help setup a budget that works best for you. This insures that the following basic needs are paid prior to other expenses:

  • Housing
  • Utilities
  • Food
  • Medical and Dental Expenses
  • Other Required Basic Living Expenses
Once your basic needs are met, we then discuss your spending money budget. We can either provide you with weekly, bi-monthly or monthly spending with most clients preferring a weekly check. The majority of our clients request that their spending money be put on a company provided ATM card. If the client has a checking account, we can directly deposit their weekly spending money to their personal account. Any remaining money is then put into an interest bearing savings account, so that it can accrue interest and will be available for emergency funds.
